By booking services with Good Vybes Only, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided
Good Vybes Only offers services including but not limited to:
• DJ Services
• Photography
• Videography
• Photo Booth Rentals (Standard & 360)

2. Booking & Payment Policy
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date
• Deposit must be paid via approved payment method (Zelle or other agreed method)
• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event
Short Notice Bookings
• If booked within 30 days of the event, the remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior

3. Late Payments
Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in:
• Cancellation of services
• Loss of deposit
• Release of your event date to other clients

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Payments made may be applied toward a future event (one-time transfer)
• If Good Vybes Only cancels for any reason, the client will be offered:
• A full refund OR
• The option to reschedule

5. Event Changes
• Any changes to event date, time, or location must be communicated promptly
• Changes are subject to availability
• Additional fees may apply depending on changes

6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
• Provide accurate event details
• Ensure a safe and appropriate working environment
• Secure necessary permissions for venue access
• Provide timely communication

7. Media & Content Use
Good Vybes Only reserves the right to:
• Use photos/videos from events for marketing and promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.)
If you prefer your content not be used, you must notify us in writing prior to your event

8. Liability
Good Vybes Only is not responsible for:
• Unforeseen circumstances (weather, venue issues, delays beyond our control)
• Equipment failure due to external factors
• Guest behavior or incidents at events

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Emergencies

10. Agreement
By booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
